Distrito Panorama was established in 2015 by a group of partners who brought together their personal and professional experiences in real estate development. Luis Romano, Salomón Zaga, Pepe Atri and Rafael Atri, have built a company that embraces challenges and creativity with no limits of time or space. The company takes a 360-degree approach in all its endeavors and is constantly creating, evolving and transforming.
Together they have developed more than +1,000,000 m2 of industrial parks, distribution centers and BTS (Build To Suit), as well as other large-scale developments such as hotels, corporate, suites, and conceptual projects.
Distrito Panorama is constantly expanding its concept and developing different business units such as Casa Panorama, where ideas are turned into world-class hotels and premium corporate projects through its Project Workshop. It is the business and operations district.

One of the most significant achievements is the construction of one of the most important and representative industrial parks in the country, Panorama Industrial Nodín, which serves as the main distribution center for Mercado Libre and Grupo Nadro. The company also founded and inaugurated Casa Panorama on March 23, 2021, a space that has given the company international recognition and exposure just seven years after its founding.
Currently, Distrito Panorama is one of the leading companies in industrial development in the country with a projection to build 500,000 m2 of profitable annual space and plans to continue to explore other markets in other countries, such as the United States.
