Located in a prime location, the complex features a high-performance front dock along its entire rectangular length, just 2 km from Walmart's CEDIS, five minutes from the airport, and 11.5 km from downtown Culiacan, and easily accessible via the Navolato highway.
The complex is designed to accommodate three warehouses, each measuring over 20,000 square meters. Currently, one of the three warehouses is occupied by Kimberly Clark and Home Depot. It is adjacent to other companies such as Maseca, Bimbo, Holcim, and Bachoco.
Currently, Warehouses B and C are available for a Build To Suit (BTS) option, with each having a space of more than 27,000 square meters. They are currently under construction.
